Cartrawler Cancelled My Esenboğa Airport Rental Without Explanation

I booked and paid for a car rental from Green Motion via Cartrawler at Esenboğa Airport for April 8, 2025. I had an urgent business appointment and stressed the importance of timeliness. But when I arrived at the branch, my reservation was suddenly canceled without any explanation. I’ve rented many times before with no issues or safety concerns. Despite waiting 3.5 hours at the airport, no one offered a solution or refunded my payment, and I couldn’t reach anyone to assist me. This experience was extremely frustrating and unfair. Cartrawler must improve communication and customer support immediately. I demand a full refund and an explanation for this unacceptable treatment.
