Green Motion Took My Payment but Refused to Give Me the Car I Booked

Between August 7th and August 15th, 2025, I made a reservation for a Renault Taliant vehicle from Green Motion under reservation number 16CD88901FE4, including the second driver option, and booked 10 days in advance. I paid the full amount of ₺15,475 by credit card at the time of booking. When I arrived to collect the vehicle, the staff member informed me that the second driver (my brother-in-law) resides abroad, and stated that the system would not allow the vehicle to be handed over due to this reason. I was told a code would be sent to resolve the issue, but ultimately, the vehicle was not delivered to me. This situation left me stranded and severely inconvenienced, despite having completed the payment in full and clearly selecting the second driver option in advance. I have previously rented vehicles from other companies under similar conditions and have never experienced any issues. In fact, on the same day, I was able to rent a car from another company without difficulty — albeit at twice the cost due to the last-minute nature of the booking. Furthermore, while waiting at your branch, I witnessed other customers facing similar treatment, where your staff appeared to use vague excuses to push for price increases or deny service. I was also unable to reach any company representative or customer service despite repeated attempts. I consider this to be an unacceptable business practice and a clear breach of contract.
