Graco Travel System Stroller Malfunction
My new Graco travel system stroller unexpectedly locked itself closed while folding and now I can't use it. There was a rip in the stroller's fabric too. I told the store where I purchased it about the tear, but they brushed me off with a response like, "Since you bought it online, you should complain online." When the stroller got stuck again, I reached out to the seller, who, instead of fixing the problem themselves, directed me to the brand. Since the company is located abroad, I couldn't get in touch with them. Finally, they mentioned they would check the product and requested me to bring it to them. I gave the stroller to the store for inspection. While they were checking, they told me to hold on but didn't offer a substitute. I was without a stroller for 20 days, feeling completely helpless. I tried to give back the product because of its problems, but the manufacturer won't take it back. In the end, I don't want to take a chance on using a product that might cause the same issue with my baby.
