Graco Myavo Stroller Footrest Lock Issue – Requesting Refund Due to Safety Concerns

I purchased the Graco Myavo stroller on July 7, 2027, and immediately experienced a problem with the footrest lock in the reclining section. I sent it in for servicing, but the same issue persists. I requested a refund, but the store staff responded disrespectfully and tried to justify the problem. My baby has nearly fallen from the stroller several times because the adjustment latch is not secure or functional. This is a serious safety concern, and it's clear they are not standing behind the product they sold. I expect a full refund and for the store to take responsibility for the faulty stroller before someone gets hurt.
