Graco Double Stroller Locking Issues

I got a Graco double stroller around 3 months back, and within 2 weeks, it began having problems with locking and the fabric getting deformed. I returned the product to the store for servicing. After around 40 days, I went to the store to ask about the status but got no information. No one seemed to care, and I was constantly being given the runaround. Finally, I found out that our stroller got lost during shipping. It wasn't until I swung by the store again that I found out about this. It's been nearly 2 months since I've been without my stroller, and I'm still waiting for a refund. However, I was informed that we need to wait for the shipping company to bring back the item. This situation has really upset us. I need a quick solution to this issue.

The service result for the Graco stroller I bought from the Eyüp Park ebebek store, which came approximately 2 months later, said it was lost in shipping. No one contacted us in any way, and they lied by saying that emails were written to you and it was done. I request the Graco brand to address this issue.
