Maxi-Cosi Baby Stroller Folded Twice with Baby Inside

My Maxi-Cosi baby stroller unexpectedly folded with my baby still inside. When I reached out for service, my concern was not addressed and I was simply informed that maintenance had been done. Why would they ignore my safety concerns when they're supposed to be responsible for the well-being of a fragile baby? I attempted to reach out to them through email, but it appeared that my message did not receive the attention it deserved. Why hasn't customer service made any effort to address our concerns? I have serious concerns about the safety of this product.
