Can't Return Graco Baby Carrier Purchase Due To Third-Party Purchase

Unfortunately, I saw it wasn't going to work for us when it came. I can't return or exchange it through Graco's website because I bought it from a third-party retailer, After hearing nothing but praise for the Graco PremierTM Cradle MeTM Air 4-in-1 Baby Carrier, couldn't wait to give it a go, was relying on Graco's stellar reputation for reliability and quality, so this is really annoying. Having exhausted all other options, the fact that Graco's retail partners are exempt from their return policy is making things really hard right now, when it comes to baby items, which must fit perfectly for the sake of comfort and safety, I, as a consumer, had hoped for more adaptability. My lesson, I need to be pickier about the stores I shop at from now on so I can easily return or exchange things if they don't suit me…
