I canceled my ticket through Gotogate on June 26, and as of today—13 days later—I still haven’t received any refund. Their customer service keeps giving me conflicting answers. One agent told me the refund was issued on July 1, but no funds have reached my bank account. I'm constantly checking, and still nothing.

This delay is extremely frustrating. I expected a professional refund process, not this endless waiting game. Every time I try to get help, I receive vague or contradictory responses. There’s no accountability, no proper tracking, and certainly no urgency.

If you're thinking of booking through Gotogate, think twice. Their refund process is slow, unclear, and unreliable. I want my money back immediately, and I urge Gotogate to resolve this without any further excuses.
