Gotogate Not Issuing Refund One Month After Ticket Cancellation

We are a travel agency, and we booked flight tickets for our clients through GoToGate for the Istanbul–Osaka and Tokyo–Istanbul route under booking number 1117491443.
On February 28, we canceled these tickets and were informed that the refund would be processed within 1–2 weeks. However, more than one month has passed since the cancellation, and we have still not received any refund.
We contacted GoToGate customer service regarding this issue, but we were only told that they would review the matter and get back to us. To date, we have not received any clear response or resolution.
This situation is causing significant inconvenience for both our agency and our clients, as we are unable to close the case or return the funds to them.
We request that the full ticket amount be refunded immediately to the original payment method without any further delay. We also request clear written confirmation that the refund has been processed.
