Gotogate Refund Far Lower Than Expected for Pegasus Airlines Booking

I purchased flight tickets via the Gotogate website for a Pegasus Airlines flight from Kuwait to Istanbul, with order number 1110-943-051, on 27/29 January. Later, I requested a refund and was informed that there would be deductions of around 20 KWD from the amount to be refunded. However, on 4 February, I received only 5 KWD back, which is far below what I was expecting based on the stated deductions. I contacted Gotogate customer service about this issue, but I did not receive any clear explanation as to why such a low amount was refunded or how the deductions were calculated. I still do not understand how my refund has been reduced to only 5 KWD. I request that Gotogate provide a detailed written explanation of all deductions applied to my refund for this booking and pay the missing amount that should rightfully be refunded to me, according to the stated deduction of about 20 KWD.
