GO Student Unauthorized Payment After Contract Cancellation

We signed a 9-month agreement with the GO Student program on October 14. However, before my official trial period expired, I filled out the cancellation request form by email on October 24, within the first 14 days. On October 27, GO Student sent me the attached document by email confirming that my cancellation had been accepted. During this entire process, no one from the program contacted me.

Despite my cancellation being completed, on November 15 another payment was taken from my account without my permission. Since that day, I have not been able to reach anyone. All my messages receive the same reply: “We will get back to you.” Even the representative named Ms. S***, who said I could contact her anytime, is not responding to WhatsApp messages.

I request a full refund of the amount that was taken from me unfairly.
