I Face Unauthorized Charges from GoStudent While My Lessons Were Frozen

I purchased a 12-month private tutoring program through GoStudent. Since it was summer, we had temporarily frozen our lessons and did not take any classes during that period. However, on August 12 and September 12, two separate charges of ₺3,756.80 each were withdrawn from my card.

After the first charge, I reached out to the representative I had previously spoken with via WhatsApp. They told me that there was a system error and that they had informed the finance team. But after that conversation, I was never able to contact them again, and no refund was made. Then, in September, another payment was taken — even though we hadn’t resumed any lessons.

I also had great difficulty reaching customer support through their official channels. Despite messaging the verified business account, I was not offered any solution. I live in Istanbul and request a refund of the unauthorized payments that were withdrawn while my lessons were frozen.
