Unauthorized $58 Charges From Google Avakin Life 3D on Credit Card

Unauthorized charges were made to my Halkbank Paraf credit card under the name “Google Avakin Life 3D London,” starting on February 13. These transactions were processed in multiple small amounts, occurring daily and sometimes several times per day, totaling approximately $58 in unauthorized charges.

I noticed these charges today when reviewing my credit card statement. I have absolutely no connection to this game or any purchases made through it, and I did not provide any authorization. My card information was used without my consent. My card is still active, and this situation has caused me serious financial distress.

I am requesting that Google, the relevant game provider, and my bank investigate these unauthorized transactions and refund the full amount withdrawn from my card. I also demand that the necessary security checks be conducted and urgent measures be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
