Google Play Denied My Refund After My 7-Year-Old Made Unauthorized Purchases

My 7-year-old son put several games on my phone without my permission, and when I tried to get my money back through Google Play, they all said no. They told me that their refund policy doesn't apply to my case, and while they said they were sorry, they didn't offer any real help. I keep getting the same usual answers to my concerns instead of having them addressed. It's annoying that Google, a huge company, doesn't have a more caring and understanding customer service rep who could help with this. It wouldn't make sense for someone to buy the same thing four times in a row. I'm just asking for a fair answer to my problem because I shouldn't be punished for something I couldn't change.
