Dear team, I’m writing to express my deep frustration over a recent unauthorized purchase made through my Google Play account. My children unknowingly downloaded PUBG Mobile and made an in-app purchase of 300 Unknown Cash (UC) worth ₺154.99 without my knowledge or consent. The transaction ID is GPA.3393-6845-0072-88310.
As soon as I became aware of the charge, I submitted a refund request explaining the situation. However, I received a response from Google stating that my request was denied because it supposedly “didn’t meet policy guidelines.” This response is incredibly disappointing and dismissive, especially considering the circumstances—I did not authorize this payment, and I believe I have the right to dispute charges made without my permission.
I respectfully ask that this case be reviewed again, and that my refund request be approved immediately. This incident is upsetting enough, and the lack of flexibility from the support team only makes it worse. I urge Google and PUBG Mobile to protect consumers from unauthorized transactions and offer proper customer support when such issues arise. I expect prompt action and a full refund.
