Google Play and Mobile Legends Refuse Refund for Accidental Child Purchase

On November 9, 2025, my child made multiple in-game purchases through Google Play for Mobile Legends totaling $83 without my permission. Even though we did not use the purchased items, I requested a refund. After waiting a week, I received a negative response. I informed both the game and Google Play that the purchase was accidental and that we did not use the items. Despite that, they refused to cancel the items and refund my money. I have been a long-time user of Google Play and Mobile Legends, and this one-time accidental purchase should have been reversed.
