GoodNotes 6 Shows Me as a Free User Despite One-Time Payment


I am a GoodNotes 6 user and originally made a one-time payment for the app. However, now it shows me as a free user, and sometimes the system randomly switches between Premium and Free status. This issue is incredibly frustrating and unreliable.
I need to know if this can be fixed immediately, or do I have to wait for an update? I rely on GoodNotes for my work, and this kind of account glitch is unacceptable.
GoodNotes, please resolve this issue now! Has anyone else faced this? I expect a clear solution or an immediate fix—I should not have to deal with access problems after paying for the app!
