Goldcar at Sabiha Gökçen Refused Rental Despite Previous Bookings
I had a car reservation with Goldcar at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport for August 29, 2024, at 7:30 PM, booked through Yolcu 360. When I arrived at the office, there were two people ahead of me who received their cars without any issues or questions. However, when it was my turn, they requested my Findeks report. Despite having rented from the same location before, they claimed my score was too low and refused to give me the car. As a result, all of my plans, including my hotel reservation, were ruined. If such a report was required, why wasn’t it checked during my previous rental, or for the people before me? I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience and request a proper resolution for this unfair treatment.
