Booking and Avec Delay Refund for Car Rental Denied Due to Low Findeks Score
On October 16, 2024, I rented a car through Booking from Avec at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. However, upon arrival, the staff informed me that they couldn’t release the vehicle due to my low Findeks credit score and assured me that a refund would be processed through Booking. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven’t received my refund. Additionally, I am unable to reach anyone at either Booking or Avec to resolve this issue. I am left frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication and the unfulfilled refund. I request an immediate resolution and my refund to be issued without further delay.
No refund was provided. I was neither able to rent a vehicle nor get my money back.
