On February 26, 2023, in Ankara, I tried to sign up for the Goethe Institut A2 exam for adults at 09:00. Unfortunately, I was unable to finish the process and missed the opportunity to register due to an error page. In just three minutes, the quota was reached, leading to me missing out on this important exam opportunity that I've been eagerly anticipating, and which holds great importance for my future. I also bought a ticket for the exam, so I am feeling stressed both financially and emotionally. It's frustrating that a resolution hasn't been discovered for this ongoing problem during each exam period. Could you please help me with this issue?
