Charged for Wrong Goethe B1 Exam—Requesting Refund for Incorrect Registration

Hello Goethe Institut,
I’m Lea C******, and on August 21, I attempted to book the Goethe-Zertifikat B2 exam. After making the payment, I realized I had accidentally reserved the B1 level exam instead. I had no choice but to make another reservation, this time for the correct B2 exam. I immediately emailed "k*********@goethe.de," explaining the situation and requesting the cancellation and refund of my initial B1 reservation. I’ve received no response, so I contacted customer service, who told me to wait for an email reply. It’s been almost two weeks, and I still haven’t heard back. I even sent a follow-up email, but that went unanswered too. Please help me cancel the B1 registration and refund the exam fee as soon as possible.
