On March 13, 2025, I purchased a phone from MediaMarkt in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and submitted my completed tax-free form to the Global Blue office located in İstanbul İstinye Park. At that time, I was clearly told that the tax refund would be deposited to my card within 4 weeks.
It’s now been nearly 3 months, and I still haven’t received a single cent of my refund. This is unacceptable. I followed every step properly, submitted the required form in person, and trusted the process. No one has contacted me, and I’ve received no explanation for the delay.
Who is going to take responsibility for this negligence? I am being financially and emotionally burdened for no fault of my own. Global Blue, I expect you to process my refund immediately and inform me of its status without further excuses. This level of carelessness is completely unprofessional.
