On March 13, 2025, I purchased a phone from Media Markt in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and submitted the Tax Free form provided by the store to the Global Blue office located in İstinye Park, Istanbul. At the time, I was clearly told that the refund would be deposited to my card within four weeks.
However, it has now been nearly three months, and I still haven’t received a single cent of the promised refund. I’ve waited patiently, thinking maybe it was just delayed — but this is unacceptable. There has been no follow-up, no explanation, and absolutely no customer support from Global Blue.
I’m asking: who will take responsibility for this negligence and compensate me for the time and money I’ve lost? I demand that my refund of ₺ be processed immediately and that someone from Global Blue finally steps up and resolves this issue.
