I still haven’t received my tax refund from Global Blue, and I’m beyond frustrated. On June 13, 2025, I made a purchase in Vienna, Austria and proceeded with the Tax-Free refund process while I was in Budapest. I completed all the necessary paperwork as instructed — I filled out the forms, signed them, had everything stamped, and then dropped the envelope into the designated mailbox as advised by Global Blue staff.
Despite doing everything correctly and on time, I haven’t received any refund. It’s been weeks, and there has been no update, no confirmation, and no payment. This kind of delay is unacceptable from a global company handling tourists’ money. I demand that Global Blue review my submission immediately and issue my refund without further excuses. I expect my refund to be processed without any more delays. Please take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.
