I am beyond frustrated with how Global Blue has handled my tax refund request for a purchase I made at MediaMarkt in Germany. The customs stamp was successfully placed on my original tax-free document during my departure on 11.01.2025. However, since the merchant had not initially submitted the tax refund approval number, I had to wait until that step was completed. Once the merchant finally updated the information, I uploaded the new documents through the mobile app.
Despite this, I was told my second submission was rejected because the new version didn't include a customs stamp—yet my original paperwork clearly had the stamp and invoice. I explained this to Global Blue support, but they continue to ignore the facts and make no effort to resolve my case.
I feel like they are intentionally avoiding refunding my ₺. No one responds, no one explains anything, and no one is helping. It seems like every technicality is being used to block the refund process. My refund request must be fulfilled immediately. My tax refund claim number is 36094230086239393885 and my member ID is 3086045980781799. I demand a proper and fair resolution now.
