Global Blue Sent My Tax Refund to the Wrong Credit Cards

I applied for approximately $110 in Global Blue Tax Free refunds. On every refund form, I carefully entered my own credit card information completely and correctly. However, when I reviewed the refunds processed on July 19, I discovered that the payments had not been credited to my card. Instead, some refunds appear to have been sent to two different credit cards that do not belong to me and that I do not recognize, while other transactions simply state that the refund has been processed without displaying any card information at all. As a result, I have no way of knowing who received these refunds or to which cards they were sent.

I attempted to contact Global Blue by phone to resolve this issue, but I was unable to reach anyone. Each time I called, I remained on hold for approximately six to seven minutes, after which the call was suddenly disconnected. When I called again, the same thing happened, leaving me without any way to speak with a representative.

I request that all refund amounts mistakenly sent to unknown or unidentified credit cards be transferred promptly and in full to my own credit card, exactly as specified on the original Tax Free refund forms. I also request a clear written explanation describing how this error occurred and what steps have been taken to correct it.
