I purchased Global Village Dubai entry tickets through GetYourGuide for October 26, 2024. However, when we arrived at the entrance, security refused to let us in, saying the QR codes provided were not valid tickets.
As a result, I had no choice but to buy three new tickets on the spot for 874₺, even though I had already paid 869₺ for the original ones. This is completely unacceptable—I paid twice for the same experience because GetYourGuide provided fake or unusable tickets.
I expect a full refund immediately. If GetYourGuide cannot guarantee valid tickets, they should not be selling them in the first place.
