Getir Missing Product in the Order, No Refund or Response from Customer Service
Getir company did not bother to return or send the product back even though they brought the missing product in my order. There has been no response from the company for 2 days. The time it takes to open a ticket and get back to me is not 2 days and there is no response e-mail. If you need 120 liras, let them send me an IBAN bank account infos and I can send more. Just don't bother with people's money. This whole process is just a waste of time, if you can't manage it you shouldn't make a promise or even do business. as I said next time please send me you info I'll just gift you that money so none of us will go through this trouble.
