Getir Does Not Refund For Undelivered Items


I placed two orders from Getir. One of them was delivered, but the other one was canceled by the courier, saying they couldn't reach me. However, Getir couriers regularly deliver to my address, so I don't believe they could reach me. Getir has not refunded me for the canceled order, even though the delivery was not completed. I tried contacting customer support, but the experience was a joke. No one took my complaint seriously or offered a proper resolution. It seems Getir is not handling cancellations and refunds properly, which is unfair to customers. I want to warn others who use Getir delivery that you need to be careful with your orders in case they are canceled without refunds. The lack of accountability and proper support is concerning. Getir needs to improve its cancellation and refund policies to protect customers.
