GETİR Charged Me ₺1000 but Didn’t Deliver ₺250 Item and Refused to Resolve the Issue
I placed an online grocery order with GETİR, spending a total of ₺1000, but one of the products—worth ₺250—was never delivered. I contacted their so-called “Solution Center,” and after waiting over 12 hours, they got back to me only to say they had spoken with the courier and their storage team, and that the item was marked as delivered—so they refused to help further.
What is the point of having a support team if the customer’s statement carries no weight? According to their logic, as long as they claim the product was delivered, your complaint is meaningless.
It feels like they inflate basket totals with fake campaigns and then avoid fulfilling the full order by skipping the item that matches the discount value. I demand a refund or redelivery of the missing item and better accountability from GETİR.
