Getir Canceled My Order and Hasn't Refunded My Money After 11 Days of Waiting

I ordered from Getir, but they canceled without delivering the good. They have not, however, returned the money. I still wait; eleven days have passed. Every time I call customer support, they keep blaming the bank for the delay; but, the problem has nothing to do with the bank. Although each of the various representatives I contacted with promises me they are transferring the matter to their team, there has been no development. I believe I am being granted a run-off. At this moment, the issue is more with inadequate customer service than with quantity. I anticipate a quick fix and a reimbursement for the non-sent items.
