Getir Won't Return The Products or the Money, Courier Didn't Deliver

I placed an order with Getir Large, expecting it to arrive within the specified time. Initially, the app showed that the order was delayed, but later it marked the order as delivered. However, the order never actually arrived. I called customer service multiple times, but each interaction felt robotic, with representatives giving scripted and formulaic responses. Despite explaining the situation repeatedly, I was told that the courier couldn't reach me, which was not the case. I never received my order, and the customer representative's attempts to contact the courier yielded no results. This left me with no product and no refund, essentially wasting my money. The lack of effective communication and resolution from Getir Large's customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I am deeply disappointed with their service and will think twice before using their platform again. This experience has made me question their reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction.
