Economy Bookings Took Full Payment Upfront and Refused a Refund

Economy Bookings did not refund our money and did not provide any help. During the booking and payment process, instead of a page clearly listing the main driver, you are directed to a page where you simply make the reservation and pay the full amount upfront.

My driver’s license was lost at the airport, and even though I explained this situation, they refused to give the car to the second driver, claiming that I did not have a license. All they needed to do was change the reservation name, but they refused. As a result, they kept all of our money.

We tried to reach representatives of the main company for help for 1.5–2 hours, but they never answered their phones.
