Two months ago, I received a stale product in my order and demanded a refund from Getir's customer support. They ignored me for two weeks, claiming they were trying to contact the company. The representatives were reluctant and gave forced remarks. Today, with my most recent Getir order, the eggs cracked and spilled their contents over other goods in the bag. Getir appears to be on its way out, having withdrawn from a number of nations, including Turkey. Recently, I have not encountered anyone at Getir that executes their work effectively. Problems are widespread, yet there is no one to address them and find a solution. Businesses have little interest in Getir orders. They don't just arrive late; they also arrive cold. Ordering from the same company via other apps works successfully, but problems develop when ordering from Getir. I will not use it again and would not suggest it to anyone. I'd rather pick up my things or discover alternatives than dealing with Getir. Thank you.
