I am writing to formally address an issue with my recent order, where I received three incorrect items. I immediately contacted Getir support team to report the issue and requested either the correct items or a return of the incorrect products. I was informed that the return process would be initiated and the refund processed accordingly. However, despite returning the items, I have not received the corresponding refund. Furthermore, I have not been provided with any updates regarding the status of my refund through email, SMS, or phone. Each time I reach out to customer support via live chat, I am given inconsistent explanations, but the issue remains unresolved. When I inquired about the refund, I was advised to consult my bank, which confirmed that no such transaction has been made. Additionally, my repeated requests for a provision code have gone unanswered. I kindly request an immediate resolution to this issue, including a full refund of the amount paid. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I look forward to your swift response and resolution.
