Unresolved Getir Order Issue - No Refund Yet for Out-of-Stock Item

Hello, I placed an order on 23.02.2024 through the Getir app. However, one of the items was not in stock, so I was contacted by customer service and told that a refund would be processed. However, when I checked my account later in the evening, I saw that the refund had not been issued. Since that day, I have not received my refund. Every time I call, I'm told that the refund amount is on hold and that I need to wait. However, it has been a full five days since the refund was supposed to be issued, and there is no indication of when it will be processed. Additionally, when I asked to speak to a higher-level representative from customer service, they abruptly ended the call, stating, "We need to attend to other customers." I feel extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with this situation.
