Getir Canceled Order, but Refund Still Not Issued – Charged Anyway

On September 29, 2024, I placed an order through Getir Büyük, but I later decided to cancel it. The app assured me that if the payment was still in authorization, the refund would be processed immediately. At the time, my payment was indeed pending, but the refund never went through. Today, I checked my account and saw that the money had actually been charged. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I’ve had enough. Getir has taken my money, and I have yet to see any action on their part to resolve this. If they don’t fix this soon, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I will never use Getir again.
