I Canceled My Order but Did Not Get My Refund
I canceled my order on Getir, anticipating that the refund would be processed immediately since I made the cancellation right away. Unfortunately, the payment was not credited back to my account at that time. I contacted their support team multiple times and was assured each time that the issue would be resolved, yet I never received a genuine update from anyone. It seemed like I was only receiving pre-written responses. I attempted to reach out to customer service via various channels, but I was unable to obtain a clear response. I feel disappointed by a company I used to rely on for prompt service. I’m currently awaiting my refund and would like to have this matter settled promptly, without any further delays or unclear assurances.
