My Getir Order Missing, No Refund in Sight

I made a substantial purchase on Getir. When my order failed to arrive the following day, I became aware that something was amiss. I tried to seek assistance, but received no reply. After three days, I made another attempt. If I hadn't taken the initiative to follow up, I would have lost my money. They said there was a technical issue and recommended canceling the order, but I insisted on getting the service. They declined, stating that a refund would only be issued if I canceled. In my personal opinion, it appears that Getir is being poorly managed and is on a path towards bankruptcy. Just a heads up, the service provided by Getir has changed from what it used to be.
