GeForce NOW Misled Me About Game Access and I Want a Refund Since I Can't Use It

I got an Xbox membership, expecting to have access to all the games on the system like I do with other gaming platforms. But when I logged into the app, I found out that I had to buy the games first to be able to play them. I can't use the system at all because of this, and it looks like I won't be able to in the future either. I’d like to ask for a refund because I’m not able to use the membership as I thought I would. If not, then the money I put into this service will just go to waste. This situation seems really unfair to me, and I would appreciate it if my payment could be refunded as soon as possible.
