I Paid for a New Xbox Subscription But Didn’t Receive Access

I recently purchased a brand-new Xbox subscription, and this was my very first time using the service. Although the subscription fee was successfully charged to my account, the subscription was never activated on my profile—I received absolutely no access to the benefits I paid for.

Naturally, I tried to get support to resolve the issue. But Xbox does not provide any way to reach a live support representative. I was directed to their virtual assistant, which was completely useless. Every time I asked for help, it only responded with “We’re unable to help at this time, please try again later.” That’s not customer service—that’s avoidance.

I paid for a service and received nothing in return. At the very least, I expect the subscription to be activated immediately or my money refunded in full. If Microsoft is going to run paid services, they need to ensure real-time support is available—especially for new users. I’m incredibly disappointed and demand a prompt resolution.
