Gate.io Login Problem After Losing Email

I have been unable to access my Gate.io account for a long time because I no longer have access to the old email address registered to it. I have been dealing with this issue for over two months. My account contained approximately 15 k worth of crypto assets, though I’m not sure of the exact amount at the moment.
I contacted the Gate.io support team, and they directed me to a page where I could request an email address change. On that page, I submitted all the required documents, wrote my new email address by hand, and completed all necessary confirmations accurately. I completed the entire process through the mobile app.
However, I have not received any response after submitting my request, and my email address has not been updated. Each time I try again, I face the same result, without any error message or feedback.
I request that my email address be updated and that my access to my account be restored as soon as possible.
