Gate.io Email Update Error

I've reached out to Gate.io support multiple times via email, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response from them. I'm unable to use my previous email address anymore and I need to change it on my account. I'm unable to withdraw my funds due to this issue.
From the attached screenshot, it is evident that an automated email response is received, but no further action is taken. I would appreciate it if my email address could be updated and this issue could be resolved as soon as possible.
