I Can’t Log In to My Gate.io Account — “Email or Phone Not Found” Error for 5 Months

I haven’t been able to log in to my Gate.io account for about five months. During the verification stage, I keep receiving the same error message:
“Email address not found, phone number not found.”
My registered email address (m*@gmail.com)** and phone number are both active and up to date, and I was previously able to access my account without any issues. However, for the past five months, every login attempt has failed with this same error, and I can’t access my account at all.
I haven’t yet contacted Gate.io customer support, but since I have funds in my account, this situation is causing me serious financial inconvenience.
I urgently request that my account be reviewed and restored, and that I be granted full access to my balance as soon as possible.
