Gate.io Changed My Username And My 3000 USDT Balance And History Disappeared

I am experiencing a very serious problem with my Gate.io account. About two months ago, my username was suddenly changed, and my entire wallet balance was reset to zero. All of my past transaction history has also disappeared. Even though I can still log into my account through both the mobile app and the website, my username only shows as “user”, and my previous trades and 3000 USDT balance are gone.
I have completed all identity verification, SMS verification, and email verification without any issues. My account does not have any special fund protection plan or private agreement that could explain this situation. To resolve the problem, I emailed Gate.io customer support, but I have not received any response at all. This is the first time I’ve ever faced such an issue, and it has caused me serious stress and financial harm.
My request from Gate.io is clear: I want my account to be restored to its original state with my transaction history, or I expect a full refund of my missing 3000 USDT and coins.
