Garena Free Fire gave me a temporary ban for “suspicious behavior” — how can I appeal it?

You can ask Garena Free Fire to reinstate your account if they temporarily banned it for "suspicious behavior" by sending them a ticket through their official support system.

Go to the Free Fire Support site and log in. The best way to do this is through the "Help & Support" area in-game, which will automatically log you in.

Then, go to "Submit a Request," select "Ban Appeal," and include your UID, your in-game name, a screenshot of the ban message, and a short, polite explanation of what happened.

If you think you were banned for no reason, show match logs, a clean device scan, or any other proof that you played honestly.

Also, be honest about whether you used a VPN or an emulator, if you did.

❗ If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.

Hello Garena Support Team, My Free Fire account has been suspended recently, but I believe this suspension was a mistake. I have always plaged Free Fire fairly and have never used any kind of hack, cheat, third-party application, VPN, or unfair means. I strictly follow Garena's rules and policies. I kindly request you to please review my account again. If any violation has been detected unintentionally, I sincerely apologize, as it was never done knowingly. Free Fire is very important to me, and I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account. I humbly request you to investigate this issue and lift the suspension if possible. Hello Garena team. On 13.01.2026, my Free Fire account was blocked, and I believe this happened by mistake. I have never used cheats, game modifications, or any prohibited programs. I have always played fairly and followed the rules. I have already contacted official support, but I received a response stating that the ban would not be lifted. I do not agree with this decision, as I did not violate the terms of use, and I kindly ask you to recheck my account more thoroughly. Please review the ban once again, and if no violations are found on my part, restore access to my account.
