Garena Free Fire Ranked Matches Blocked on Android Without Explanation

I play Free Fire on an Android device and since 14 October I have not been able to enter rating matches. The game does not show any warning or reason on the screen, but the rating mode is blocked as if a temporary ban has been applied. I do not know why this restriction was imposed and I have not received any explanation. I want my rating access to be checked as soon as possible and, if there is no valid reason, for this temporary ban to be removed so that I can continue playing normally.
