My Garena Free Fire Max Account Has Been Banned On My Android

My Garena Free Fire Max account has been banned on my Android device and I cannot access it anymore. My in‑game UID is 1955354899 and my nickname is M__C__devil. When I try to log in, I see a message stating that abnormal activities have been detected on my account and that it has been permanently suspended. Before this happened, I used a skin tool only once for about one minute. I understand this may be against the rules, but I did not use any damage, speed or aim hacks, and I never intended to harm other players or gain an unfair competitive advantage. I only tried cosmetic skins and stopped using the tool immediately. I am very attached to this account and I have spent a lot of time and effort on it.
