Free Fire Account Ban Dispute: No Hacks or Cheats Used

I am writing about my Free Fire account with UID 10510652336 and nickname Platinum2009, which has been permanently banned for “altering game code.” I have been unable to access this account for about three months. This account is very important to me, as I created it about two years ago and have spent a lot of time and effort progressing in the game. I have never used any hacks, cheats, modified applications, or illegal tools on this account. The only thing I did was give the account to a friend because my parents were very strict and told me not to play for a while, so I stopped playing for some time. I do not know what was done to my account during that period, and when I returned and tried to log in again, I found that the account had been permanently banned. I am very confused and upset because I do not understand exactly what happened. I have already tried to contact Free Fire support about this ban, but I have not received any proper response so far.
