I Cannot Get a Limit Increase on My Bonus Card

I have been using the transparent Bonus credit card issued by Garanti Bank and have been a loyal customer for approximately 14 years. I am a public servant with a net monthly salary of ₺80,000. Despite numerous attempts to increase my credit card limit, it has remained unchanged above ₺250,000—not even a single lira has been added. When I asked for an explanation, the bank failed to provide a clear reason and simply replied with a vague and dismissive statement: “It was not approved in line with our bank’s policies.” This response shows a lack of transparency and disregard for long-term customers. I regret returning to Garanti Bank, especially after closing another credit card with a significantly higher limit and ending my relationship with that institution. Meanwhile, I see people around me—with no job or stable income—being granted card limits exceeding ₺1,000,000 by your bank. Despite having a high Findeks score, making regular installment payments, and spending over ₺30,000 each month, all my credit limit increase requests have been consistently denied. Moreover, during my last call with customer service, I was referred to a branch, but that visit produced no results either. Therefore, I request one of the following actions be taken immediately: either (1) cancel my credit card without any fees or penalties, or (2) increase my credit card limit to ₺1,000,000.
